2.1 These are the general conditions (hereinafter "General Conditions") that govern the access, browsing, and use of the websites under the domain "diocesisdelugo.org" and others linked to the Diocese of Lugo (hereinafter, the "Website"), as well as the responsibilities arising from the use of its contents (hereinafter, "Contents" shall be understood as texts, graphics, drawings, designs, codes, software, photographs, music, videos, sounds, databases, images, expressions, and information, as well as any other creation protected by national laws and international treaties on intellectual and industrial property). Independently thereof, the Diocese of Lugo may establish particular conditions governing the use and/or contracting of specific services offered to Users through the Website.
2.2 It shall be understood that the User's access to or mere use of the Website implies the User's adherence to the General Conditions that the Diocese of Lugo has published at any given time at the moment the User accesses the Website, and which shall be available to Users. INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
3.1 The Diocese of Lugo, as the author of a collective work, or any work or performances of any nature, is the holder of the intellectual and industrial property rights of the Website, and is also the holder or has the corresponding license for the intellectual, industrial, and image rights over the Contents available through it.
3.2 In no case shall it be understood that the User's access and browsing implies a waiver, transmission, license, or total or partial assignment of such rights by the Diocese of Lugo.

USE OF THE WEBSITE
4.1 The Contents included on the Website are provided only to end Users. Any unauthorized commercial use thereof, or their resale, is prohibited, unless prior written authorization from the Diocese of Lugo is obtained.
4.2 If, for the use and/or contracting of a service on the Website, the User must register, the User shall be responsible for providing truthful and lawful information. If, as a result of registration, the User is provided with a password, the User undertakes to make diligent use of it and to keep the password secret in order to access these services. Consequently, Users are responsible for the proper custody and confidentiality of any identifiers and/or passwords provided to them by the Diocese of Lugo, and undertake not to transfer their use to third parties, whether temporarily or permanently, nor to allow access to unauthorized persons. JURISDICTION
8.1. The relations established between the Diocese of Lugo and the User shall be governed by the provisions of applicable legislation. However, to resolve any litigious issue, the Diocese of Lugo and the User, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction to which they might be entitled, expressly submit to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Lugo.
